🚚 NovaBloom Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • Please allow additional time during high-volume periods (e.g., festive seasons or sales).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp (if opted in).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


4. Packaging

All NovaBloom products are shipped in tamper-proof, hygienically sealed packaging to maintain freshness and safety.


5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t reached you, please notify us within 24 hours so we can initiate a carrier investigation.


6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier backlogs

  • Festivals or national holidays
    We’ll do our best to keep you updated at every step.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, we’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund upon confirmation.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, click a photo before opening and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
