Because of the nature of our product—personal care and skincare—all purchases are final and non-returnable. Your health and safety are our top priorities.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product is delivered. This applies even if the product is unopened.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

3. What Doesn’t Qualify
We cannot accept replacement or refund requests if:

4. Refunds (Only for Valid Damaged/Incorrect Items)
If your case qualifies and a replacement isn't feasible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
